Bragg. When we lived on post there if your grass was longer than two inches you would get a citation posted on your front door. More than two and they threatened that it would go in your permanent military record. We were given a notebook at closing of all the do's and don'ts...it was a long list! Basketball hoops and flowers, trash cans, on and on. They outsource the policing of the association to the large builder who has a monoploy on the island. They do come out with rulers and measure.
